Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Rene Rye-Magnac
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Splash Red Wine

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker cup add all ingredients except the red white - without ice. Cover and shake for several seconds.
  • Add ice and shake again vigorously.
  • Strain into a coupe glass or iced Collins glass and add a splash of red wine.
