Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Sophie's Gin
  • 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sparkling Wine
  • Rosemary Sprig + Lemon Twist

Instructions
 

  • Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake lightly, then strain into a wine glass over fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon twist.
