Vieux Carre – René


1 ½ oz Rene (Rye-Magnac)
¾ oz sweet vermouth
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
1-2 dashes Peychaud bitters
½ oz Benedictine liqueur

In a shaker cup add all ingredients with ice. Cover and shake for several seconds then strain into a martini glass or iced rocks glass
